Payments
All payments are non refundable, if for any reason the student does not wish to attend the course Tammana Training will not refund any payments made.
The total amount of the course & kit will have to be paid regardless of the student changing his/her mind and not attending the course.
Change Of Dates
The student can not change the days/dates of the actual course, course assessment, home work and portfolio. He/she does not have the option to rearrange their course dates. It is the students own responsibility to make sure he/she is available on those dates.
Only under special circumstances will Tammana Training consider (not guaranteed) to change to an alternative course date which will incur an administration cost of £100.00 per course subject. Also proof of special circumstance will be required E.g for sickness a doctors note will be required. All requests will need to be made in writing or via email.
Change Of Course Subject
The student will need to request in writing 30 days prior to commenctent of chosen course to another subject, which will incur a £35 administration cost.
If requested within 30 days of commencement of course then an administration cost £100 will be payable by the student.
Kits
It is not Tammana Hair & Beauty Trainings responsibility if any personal possession or kit items are lost, stolen or broken when on the premises. When receiving your kit it is on your own interest to check every item, after the kit is handed over Tammana Hair & Beauty Training will not accept liability.
Assessments, Home Works & Portfolios
If the student fails to do their assessment on the dates given then the student will have to pay £75.00 to request another date.
If the student fails to hand in their home work or portfolio by their deadline date the student will be required to pay £40.00 to request another deadline date.
All requests will need to be made in writing or via email.
Workshop
We aim for all our students to gain some experience in a professional working environment, therefore it is compulsory for all students to complete their relevant stated hours in the Training Salon where they can carry out treatments on real clients. As this is a commercial salon we can not guarantee sufficient clients all of the time. The student has the option of bringing in their own models ie. Friends and family to the training salon.
Tammana Hair & Beauty Training reserves the right to make alterations to the courses and services. Some courses may be cancelled both prior to and after commencement and, if this is the case, we will notify you and you will receive a full refund of any fees paid for that course subject. Disclaimer: the information is correct at time of printing. Tammana Hair & Beauty Training reserves the right to change details if necessary at a later date, and to cancel any course if minimum enrolment numbers are not achieved.
